It is really hard to get a Dr’s App also to get through to the practice

With your new Systmonline account you will find you can send any non urgent medical queries and non urgent appointments requests to a wide range of admin staff, nursing staff and also Doctors direct. I wanted to compliment the service my father received from Paul Draper yesterday. We have had concerns with my father over the weekend and Paul came out to visit my father at home to assess him. My father is used to Paul who regularly take his bloods. Paul was very kind towards my father and spent a while doing his observations. I cannot fault his care and understanding. Paul later phoned me to arrange a face to face appointment with the G.P.
